- Hi, I'm Tom Jones. My wife went back to the LDS Church after we were married in a Christian Church, 25 years ago. Since then I have been reaching out to others who need to know what the LDS Church doesn't want them to know before joining.

“ We missed the other 8 ex-LDS folks who were waiting for an ex-Mormon Meetup Group to start. Here's a note from one of the attendees which, I think, provides adequate reason to attend the next Ex-Mormon/Ex-JW Meetup: Hello. I just wanted to say I was disappointed in the show up/turn out at the meeting this Sunday at the St. Pete Library. I was so looking forward to meeting someone who could share their experience of leaving the Mormon Church. My husband and I are divorcing over the "one true church", and I was eager to meet someone who could shed some light for me as to why this cult would have such a strong-hold on my husband to give up his wife and step-son over it. Anyway, I wanted to let you all know that I'd love to meet all of you at the next ex-mormon/ex-jw meeting. Please come if you can. It really would be a great blessing for those of us who need the support. Thanks again. Amy Cote ”
